Trackon Delivery Time: How Long Does It Take?
Trackon does not publish a single delivery-time chart, because the time depends on the route and the service. In practice, these factors decide your Trackon delivery time:

Which Trackon Service Should You Choose?
- Documents or a small parcel with no deadline: Express Standard is usually the economical choice.
- A deadline, legal papers or anything valuable: Prime Track, since Trackon commits to next- or second-business-day delivery.
- Heavy stock between businesses: Road Express Cargo, or Air Express Cargo when time matters.
- Returns from customers: Reverse Pickup, provided the pin code check shows Y for that service.

How Trackon Calculates Volumetric Weight
Multiply length × breadth × height in centimetres, then divide by the number for your shipping mode. Trackon then charges whichever is higher: the actual weight or the volumetric weight.

Two more Trackon rules matter for large parcels. First, a parcel longer than 110 cm in air mode or 180 cm in surface mode is charged at double weight. Second, a single piece over 100 kg needs prior approval from Trackon's operations team and costs extra.
Insurance and Risk Cover
Trackon offers cover against loss or damage through a risk surcharge. It charges a non-refundable 2% of the invoice value for its own cover. Alternatively, if you already have insurance, Trackon charges 0.2% of the invoice value for a Certificate of Facts that supports your claim with your insurer.
Also note that Trackon does not repack consignments. Pack fragile items well, because damage caused by weak packing is not covered.

Does Trackon deliver on Sundays?
Trackon does not publish a Sunday delivery policy. Its FAQ lists delivery hours of 10 am to 7 pm, so ask your destination branch if a Sunday delivery matters.
What is the fastest Trackon service?
For domestic shipments, Prime Track is Trackon's fastest option, with next- or second-business-day delivery across India. For overseas shipments, choose International Priority.
Why is my Trackon parcel taking longer than the DueDate?
Common reasons are an ODA pin code, a pending e-way bill, a regional holiday or an incomplete address. Track the parcel and call the branch shown in the latest scan for a precise update.
How much does Trackon charge?
Trackon says its domestic rates start at ₹40 per 100 g for businesses. Actual prices vary by service, route and franchise, so ask your booking branch for a quote.
